Process Overview

Step 1. Place Order In Marvin OMS
Step 2: Retrieve XML Order File from Saberis
Step 3: In the respective sales portal, choose “New Sales Order” and upload the XML file from Saberis.
- Enter in the Customer Information
- if a customer already exists choose the Customer's Account from the dropdown, or choose “Set Customer” to add a new customer to QuickBooks Online
- Enter in any shipping or billing address information as needed.
- Click “Submit Order to Quickbooks” to create an Estimate for that order in Quickbooks
